While chilling in my room trying to get my twitter game right (since I’m still a newbie), I peeped my boys Drastik, DICE, and J-Maine talking about some of the old music they use to work on that was never released. For the readers of this articles discretion, I will call this period of time “The Omission” (Late 2007 – Early 2009). During The Omission Home Team Records was more than just a underground record label striving for success. Consisting of 7 “Artist” (stressing the word artist) and 3 over-seers (very important people to the drive and success of us not just artist, but as individuals) Home Team Records was a family. To me The Omission made each of us who we are today. Drastik told me the other day that somebody ask him what the HTR on the back of his twitter name meant. So for those who have forgotten, or those who just don’t have any idea, this is a short history lesson of Home Team Records. This is music from The Omission.
